KGH Foundation Gala D’Vine Planning Underway!!

The 2010 Gala D'Vine is going to be held at the Three Rivers Convention Center on Saturday October 9th, 2010. The Sponsor Reception will start at 5:30p, social hour starts at 6p and dinner seating will begin at 7p.

2009 Gala D'Vine Recap

The KGH Foundation has scheduled its annual Gala D’Vine for Saturday, October 10 at the Three Rivers Convention Center. The sponsor reception is from 5 to 6pm with the doors opening from 6pm to 7:30pm for the social hour. This premier event is the Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year! The event features over 500 guests, live entertainment, a social hour, Sponsors Reception, dinner, auction, tribute, and dancing the night away. Organizers have targeted funds raised at this year’s event towards purchasing specialized equipment and services for Kennewick General Hospital.

Co-chairing the Gala D’Vine this year are Trish Forman and Ronni Dreisbach. Themed “Fire and Ice,” a highlight of the evening will be a tribute to Mike McWhorter, devoted KGH supporter, three-term past Foundation Board president, and current Finance committee member. His dedication and service to the community as a health care advocate will be recognized and honored in a special presentation.

Live auction items include a San Francisco getaway, a vacation home in Cabo San Lucas, a Sun River condo, a variety of hosted dinners, winery tours, sporting events, and services. Entertainment will be provided by Steve Haberman during the silent auction and social hour. After dinner, guests will dance to the music of Mojo Music and DJ Joey G, featuring an American Idol finalist as lead singer.

Table sponsorships for ten guests begin at $1,200. Individual tickets are available for $100 by calling 586-5776. The event has been sold out for the past two years and this year organizers hope to generate more than $100,000 in support of the hospital.
